This 8,000+ sq. ft. building was constructed on Chinden Blvd. in Garden City to house the operations of Moxie Java International. The building includes office and warehouse space as well as an eye-catching Moxie Java Bistro. SBA 504 financing helped create a new look and a new home for this Garden City business. |

Kevin and Lisa Myers have owned and operated the popular Flying M Coffeehouse on Idaho Street in Boise since 1992. In 2005, they decided to open a Flying M in downtown Nampa. The Myers used SBA 504 financing to purchase and remodel this Nampa site for the new coffeehouse and their roasting operation. |
